His experience in working cooperatively and effectively with First Nations has culminated in extensive business experience and expertise in all areas of Aboriginal affairs including Band management, financial management, organizational management, human resource management, economic development, policy development, natural resource development, governance structures, negotiations, funding proposals and has assisted with business planning, startup and expansion of many successful First Nations businesses.

Mike’s experience in living and working on reserve lands across Canada has given him a rare and deep understanding of First Nations culture, traditions and practices.
